The rules for using Tulan and the TDL add-ons. Buying or using either means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

This site and the software on it are operated by CA Vishal Garg, an individual seller based in India. There is no company — you are buying from a person.

What you are buying

TDL add-ons are single files you load into your own copy of Tally Prime. You buy a licence to use them, not the code itself.

Tulan Setu is a Windows application licensed per PC on a subscription basis, as shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.

What you may do

• Use what you bought in your own business, on the machines your licence covers.
• Keep your own backup copies.
• Ask us for help getting it working.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, publish or redistribute the files, whether or not you charge for them.
• Remove or alter licensing or attribution inside the software.
• Use one licence across more machines or businesses than it covers.

These are small files sold at a low price to individual users. Passing them on is the one thing that makes selling them impossible.

Your data stays yours

Tulan Setu runs on your own computer and talks to your own copy of Tally. We do not receive, store or have any access to your accounting data. See the privacy policy for what we do hold, which is very little.

What we do not promise

The software is provided as it is. We test it on Tally Prime and on current Windows, and we fix what we can, but we cannot promise it will suit every company's configuration, every version of Tally, or every other add-on you may have loaded.

Always keep a current backup of your Tally data. Anything that writes vouchers into your books — ours included — should be used against a backup you can restore.

Limits on liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes

We may update the software and these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the software after that means you accept the change.

Ending a licence

We may suspend a licence that is being shared or redistributed in breach of these terms. Where that happens in error, we will restore it and, if you prefer, refund it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
